Diocesan Database

Holders of a Bishop’s Licence, DCC or PCC Officers and Members of the General, Diocesan and/or Deanery Synods are eligible to register for access to the Diocesan Database.

Below you will find details of how to do this below (NB it is a two-stage process) as well details of how to find individuals and post-holders.

If you are not a post holder and would like to find contact details please visit our who's who page for diocesan staff.

Individuals on the database are able to set their information to be publicly available (indicated by a green padlock), only available within the diocese (indicated by an orange padlock) or private i.e. only to Diocesan Office staff and Area Deans (indicated by a red padlock and the words ex-directory).

From time to time, we will ask you to complete a Contact Audit. Guidance on how to complete this can be found below.
