Churches gather to consider potential for Intercultural Worshipping Communities

An evening spent thinking about Inter Cultural Worship Communities attracted representatives of 17 churches from the Diocese, all of whom had previously expressed an interest in exploring BAME (black and minority ethnic) ministry.

Lusa Nsenga Ngoy, Diocesan BAME Enabler, and his team facilitated an evening of exploring possibilities and challenges as parishes sought to discern what God might be calling them to.

One church member who attended commented: “It was really encouraging being in a room with so many people excited about new possibilities and committed to inclusivity.”
