Wednesday 1st July 2020 Youth Ministry Zoom Conversations
Every Wednesday 10am – 11.30am We want to provide a time and a space for those working with young people to connect and learn together how we can continue to disciple young people in the current difficult situation. With youth groups cancelled until further notice we want to be able to continue to connect with and journey with young people, supporting them pastorally and helping to create community for them. We have a great wealth of experience around the diocese and so we want to host a Zoom (video conferencing) conversation every week where people can share ideas, resources, challenges and opportunities. If you’d like to be part of these conversations please email our Youth Ministry Officer (mike.kelly@leccofe.org) for the link. This conversation is open to youth workers, pioneers, childrens workers, clergy and volunteers.

Thursday 23rd July 2020 Parish Finance Webinar
11:00 -12:00, or 19:30 – 20:30 Join us for this short webinar to hear information about the financial impact of coronavirus on parishes, and on the central finances of the diocese. During this hour we will feed back trends identified through a recent finance survey on the impact of coronavirus on parishes. There will also be time to look at where parishes have shown resilience, what common lessons we can learn and the support available to parishes. We will also look at the diocesan finances, how they are being impacted, and how this might be addressed moving forwards. This session won’t provide all the answers, but will begin a conversation that will continue in future webinars. The session may of interest to all PCC/DCC members but we would particularly encourage incumbents, treasurers and church wardens to book on. To book your spot for either webinar please email GenerousGiving@leccofe.org.
