“God’s kingdom extends to the whole of life and this includes our workplace, our social networks, our families, our leisure time and our interaction with the natural world. For too long the church has acted as if God is only concerned with one hour on a Sunday. We have restricted God to a small part of life. We want to encourage every church to consider how they resource baptised Christians for “everyday faith”. This is not a new vision for the diocese. This is about how we go deeper into our existing vision to be a diocese 'Shaped by God'.”
