The Bishop announces the death of The Revd Brian Robertson, aged 69, on 11 March 2020. Brian was ordained in 1994 and served his curacy in the parish of The Martyrs, Leicester. He then served as Team Vicar of Oadby St Peter and St Paul and as Team Rector of the Ashby and Breedon Team Ministry. He was also Rural Dean of North West Leicestershire. Brian retired on 31 October 2014, and then held the Bishop’s Permission to Officiate. He leaves a wife Vivien, a son David and daughter Rachel, and grandchildren.
