The Bishop announces that The Revd Canon Paul Rattigan, Diocesan Director of Ordinands and Canon Chancellor at Leicester Cathedral, has been appointed as Canon Missioner at Southwell Minster. Paul will begin his new role in the New Year. His licensing date is to be confirmed.
