It is with great sadness that we announce the death of The Revd Neil Stothers, aged 63, on Friday 13 October 2023.
Neil was ordained in Liverpool in 2013 and served in curacy in Southport before moving to the diocese of Leicester in 2017, when he was licensed as Priest in Charge of the South Croxton Benefice and Burrough Hill Parishes.
Neil was the beloved husband of Eileen and father to Chloe, Craig and Christian.
We ask that you remember Neil’s family in your prayers at this time, as well as Neil’s colleagues in the Framland deanery and the communities he served in South Croxton and Burrough Hill.
May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
