It is with sadness that we announce the death of The Revd Nicholas John Burton, aged 72, on Sunday 15 September 2024.
Nicholas was ordained in Leicester in 1980 and served curacies in both the Parishes of St Matthew and St George, and the Benefice of The Resurrection until 1983, when he became Team Vicar of The Resurrection. Nick later moved to the Benefice of Narborough and Huncote in 1988, serving as Rector there from 1990 until he retired in 2010.
