On Monday 19 December The Revd Liz Wilson was licensed as Area Dean of the City of Leicester Deanery during a service of Morning Prayer at Bishop's Lodge.
During the service Liz was accompanied by the Assistant Area Dean and Archdeacon. The Revd Anthony Lees-Smith, former Area Dean of the City of Leicester Deanery presented Liz to take over the responsibilities of Area Dean. Prayers were led by The Revd Sharon Andrews. The service was followed by a time of fellowship with refreshment.
