Marking Creationtide with Monty the Vicarage Python

Breakfast Church at St Crispin’s in Braunstone welcomed a special visitor to help them think about Creationtide earlier this month. After an interactive telling of the Creation story from Genesis 1, the congregation were able to meet one of God’s wonderful creatures - 'Monty' the Vicarage Python.

The Village Heart at St John’s: A New Chapter for Donisthorpe

The ambitious plan, aptly named ‘The Village Heart at St John’s’ has transformed the church into a welcoming and versatile space for the entire community.

Church Drawings on Display at Hayley Fern’s ‘Nature and Nurture’ Exhibition

12th August 2024

Local artist Hayley Fern is well known by many for her ambitious project to draw every church building in the Diocese of Leicester. Her first solo exhibition is now on display at Coalville C.A.N. until 19 August 2024, featuring nature inspired paintings alongside a selection of her church drawings.
