The new President of Tanzania has now endorsed vaccination for Covid-19. So things have got started in Kiteto Diocese with some financial support from Diocese of Leicester, particularly on the campaigning and sharing information due to the vaccine hesitancy that many feel. In mid-December the Kiteto Diocese launched their first campaign amongst the clergy as leaders in their local communities at the cathedral, with 200 in attendance and vaccines administered by government doctors. Now they plan to travel parish by parish into the more rural areas. Please pray for the roll-out of the vaccines and the tackling of vaccine hesitancy.
