With grateful thanks for her ministry, the Bishop announces that The Revd Claire Goode, Chaplain at Launde Abbey, has resigned with effect from 7 December 2022.
Further to the announcement advising that The Revd Jonny Gordon has been appointed as Rector in the Benefice of Newbold de Verdon, Barlestone, Kirkby Mallory and Peckleton in the Diocese of Leicester, it is now confirmed that Jonny will be instituted and inducted by the Bishop of Loughborough, The Rt Revd Saju Muthalaly, on Monday 23 January at 7.30pm at St James’ church, Newbold Verdon.
The Bishop is pleased to announce the appointment of The Revd Jon Tearne, Curate in the benefice of the Oadby Great Glen Team Ministry, as Interim Team Vicar in the benefice of Oadby Great Glen Team Ministry.
